Dojo Champ provides software. We do not own, operate, supervise or endorse any martial arts school listed on or using our platform, and we are not a party to any contract, membership, class, event or purchase between a school and its students or families.
2. Physical activity and injury
Martial arts and fitness activities involve risk of injury. Dojo Champ does not provide instruction, facilities or supervision and is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage connected with any school's classes, events, premises, staff or equipment. Consult a physician before beginning any physical activity.
3. No legal, financial or medical advice
Templates for waivers, membership agreements, emails and policies, blog articles, guides, calculators, comparison pages and AI suggestions are general information only. They are not legal, tax, financial, insurance or medical advice. Laws vary by location; schools should have their own lawyer review waivers and contracts. We do not guarantee that any waiver or agreement will be enforceable.
4. School directory and listings
Directory listings may be compiled from public sources or provided by schools and may be inaccurate or out of date. Reviews and descriptions are the views of their authors. Schools can claim or correct a listing, or request removal, by contacting us.
5. Comparisons and third party information
Competitor names, prices and features shown in comparisons are based on information published by those companies when we last checked, are provided for general information, and may have changed. Trademarks belong to their owners and their use does not imply endorsement. Please confirm details directly with each provider.
6. No guaranteed results
Examples of growth, retention or revenue are illustrations, not promises. Results depend on each school's own decisions, market and effort.
7. Payments
Payments to schools are processed by third party processors such as Stripe. Questions about a charge, refund or membership should go to the school first. Dojo Champ does not hold school funds.
