Why do you require a credit card to start the free trial?

Verified school owners get a smoother experience with no interruptions during their trial.
When will my card actually be charged?
Your card is not charged during your 30-day free trial. The first $199 charge happens on day 31, only if you haven't cancelled. You'll get an email reminder before any charge is made, and you can cancel anytime from your account settings with a single click, no phone calls, no forms.
What happens if I cancel before day 31?
Nothing, you pay $0. Cancel any time in the first 30 days and your card is never charged. You keep access until the end of your trial period.
Is my card information secure?
Yes. Card details are stored and tokenized directly by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor used by millions of businesses. Dojo Champ never sees or stores your raw card number.
Are there really no hidden fees or tiers?

Can I pass credit card processing fees to my students?
Yes! This is a built-in feature. Simply enable "Pass Processing Fees to Customer" in your billing settings. The system automatically calculates and adds the processing fee to credit card payments.
